2026年9月15日，歐盟委員會發布公告，應歐洲鋼鐵協會（the European Steel Association）于2026年6月15日提交的申請，對原產于中國和中國臺灣地區的冷軋不銹鋼板（Stainless Steel Cold-rolled Flat Products）發起第二次反傾銷日落復審調查。涉案產品的歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼為7219 31 00、7219 32 10、7219 32 90、7219 33 10、7219 33 90、7219 34 10、7219 34 90、7219 35 10、7219 35 90、7219 90 20、7219 90 80、7220 20 21、7220 20 29、7220 20 41、7220 20 49、7220 20 81、7220 20 89、7220 90 20和7220 90 80。本案傾銷調查期為2025年7月1日~2026年6月30日，損害調查期為2023年1月1日~傾銷調查期結束。
2014年6月26日，歐盟對原產于中國和中國臺灣地區的冷軋不銹鋼板發起反傾銷調查。2015年8月27日，歐盟對原產于中國和中國臺灣地區的冷軋不銹鋼板作出反傾銷終裁。2020年8月25日，歐盟委員會對原產于中國和中國臺灣地區的冷軋不銹鋼板發起第一次反傾銷日落復審調查。2021年9月16日，歐盟委員會對原產于中國和中國臺灣地區的冷軋不銹鋼板作出第一次反傾銷日落復審肯定性終裁。
