Reportedly, the European
Commission (EC) announced to set a definitive antidumping (AD) duty with r
between 0% and 12.5% on stainless steel wire imports from India.
The AD
probe was initiated in August, 2012, in response to the complaint filed by the
European Steel Association (EUROFER).
Meanwhile, the CN codes of the
products involved in this case are 7223 00 19 and 7223 00 99.
