AKS to collect electrode surcharge for stainless steel products on Oct 29-The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to the announcement from AK Steel Holding Corporation (AKS), it would execute a policy of electrode surcharge for all stainless steel products on significant rise of graphite electrodes price and higher cost of stainless steel products. This move would be effective from October 29th, 2017.
For the stainless steel shipments in November 2017, the electrode surcharge would be US$13.2/ton.
