US makes AD ruling on stainless steel flanges from China & India-The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

On March 20th, 2018, the US Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping ruling on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India.
The preliminary ruling that the general dumping rate of Chinese suppliers, Shanxi Guanjiaying Flange Forging Group Co., Ltd., Hydro Fluid Controls Ltd., Songhai Flange Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Dongtai QB Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and other companies involved was 257.11%. The dumping rate for Bebitz/ Viraj Single Entity and Echjay Single Entity were 145.25%; that for Chandan Steel Limited and other Indian producers/ exporters was 18.10%.
The US Department of Commerce was expected to make anti-dumping final rulings on China and India on June 5th, 2018.
This case involved the product under tariff code 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000.
