Krishca Strapping Solutions Limited has announced its decision to acquire a 50.05% controlling stake in Manda Stainless Private Limited for a consideration of ₹7.5 crore, marking a strategic expansion of its presence in the stainless steel value chain.
Under the proposed transaction, Krishca will acquire 73.60 lakh equity shares, representing 50.05% of Manda Stainless’ total equity capital, thereby gaining a controlling interest in the company. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before July 31, 2026, subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
The move aligns with Krishca’s long-term growth strategy of strengthening its position within the stainless steel ecosystem while expanding its manufacturing capabilities and market reach.
