After a period of two consecutive weeks of falling prices, European heavy plate market is expected to remain steady, the demand remains weak.
The Nordic markets, particularly buyers are likely to wait-and-see attitude, they are not hurry to purchase. Therefore, the prices are likely to remain stable before the end of August to September.
In addition, the EU is preparing to impose high anti-dumping duties on China plates, if the rumors come true, then in the European plate market pressures will further reduce.
