US lifts AD duty on cold-

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has removed an Indian manufacturer of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from its anti-dumping duties.
Goodluck India Limited had an initial margin of 33.8%, but the USDOC found that its final allocation of dumping margins was inconsistent with the investigation of below fair value, so the firm''s dumping margin was now estimated at 0% and no anti-dumping duties were required.
The applicable dumping margin for all other Indian producers remained at 8.26%.
The original petitioners in the case were ArcelorMittal Tubular Products, Michigan Seamless Tube, Plymouth Tube, PTC Alliance, Webco Industries, and Zekelman Industries.
