On October 21, 2013, the United States International Trade Commission issued expedited antidumping sunset-review investigation on Chinese steel nail to make sure whether involved products to continue or reoccur substantial damage for US domestic industries within reasonable and foreseeable period.
Department of Commerce started antidumping investigation on China made steel nail since July 10, 2007. HS codes of involved products are 7317.00.55, 7317.00.65 and 7317.00.75. On July 1, 2013, DOC carried out sunset-review and filed a case.
