According to custom statistics, China''s electrode bar average import price for September reached to US$14,270/ton. The electrode bar for August is US$2510/ton.
The September electrode bar price was six times than August.
According to stainless steel mills in China, China''s HP electrode bar offer reached to US$35,000/ton and delivery time is first quarter of 2018. However, the shortage problem was serious and deliver time subject to the status of production. The electrode bar price might go up and not easy to drop in the future months.
