US steel import licenses rise for Oct- The 19th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

According to the US Department of Commerce latest steel import monitoring and analysis data showed that the total number of applications for import license in October was 2,813,476 tons, up by 2.5% compared with September''s 2,745,232 tons, or up by 0.5% compared with the actual imports were 2,799,753 tons in September.
In October, US steel imports, including bloom, billet, and flat slab, totaled 554,168 tons; hot dip galvanized steel imports totaled 222,646 tons; cold-rolled coil imports totaled 197,511 tons and so on.
